Panic As Man Runs Into British Prime Minister David Cameron

A man sparked a security alert today in the United Kingdom after he ran into Prime Minister David Cameron (pictured)

A man sparked a security alert today in the United Kingdom after he ran into Prime Minister David Cameron.
Cameron was leaving the Leeds Civic Hall when the man bumped into him and was subsequently arrested by the PM’s security team. A clearly startled Cameron was then hurried into his waiting car.

It was initially feared that the man had attempted to confront the PM but investigations revealed that he meant no harm.
Chief Inspector Derek Hughes of West Yorkshire police issued a statement regarding the incident saying:
 “Around midday today, a 28-year-old local man was briefly arrested after he came close to the prime minister’s group, who had just left the civic hall in Leeds.
“No threats were made, and after the man’s details were checked he was de-arrested and allowed on his way.”
The man reportedly claimed that he had been jogging and mistakenly got too close to Cameron and security personnel found his story to be true.
