Could Taylor Swift and Katy Perry be enemies?
A telling tweet may have shed light on a feud between the two pop stars, after Perry, 29, appeared to respond to Swift's new Rolling Stone magazine feature.
Early Tuesday morning the "Dark Horse" singer ominously subtweeted the Twitter term meaning to indirectly address something about a mean girl using the ultimate “Mean Girls” reference.
"Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's clothing..." she wrote.see more detail below...

@katyperry via Twitter Many are speculating Perry’s ‘Mean Girls’ tweet was a jab at Swift.
The jab appears to be in response to Swift's interview, in which the "22" singer describes an unnamed "enemy" celebrity that was the inspiration behind her new song "Bad Blood."
"For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not," Swift, 24, told the mag.
"She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, 'Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?'… (Then last year) she did something so horrible. I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies.' And it wasn't even about a guy!"
Taylor Swift talks enemies, Simon Pegg talks Star Wars
Taylor Swift dishes on her newest rival, but once again doesn't name names. However, Katy Perry may have outed herself via Twitter. Plus, Simon Pegg stops by the Daily News offices and answers five questions.
Soon enough, social media was all abuzz about who the "Shake it Off" singer might have been talking about with names like Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Perry coming up.
While Swift has made a clever habit of letting fans guess who her songs are about usually in reference to ex-boyfriends this particular feud may have some context.
Both she and Perry dated John Mayer. And while Swift was dissed by the musician, resulting in a scathing song about him called "Dear John," Perry enjoyed a two-year on-and-off relationship with Mayer.

Swift talked about a celebrity that she considers an enemy, but didn’t name who it was, in an interview in Rolling Stone.
But the "1989" singer insisted the feud behind "Bad Blood" isn't about any ex-boyfriend drama.
"It had to do with business," Swift told Rolling Stone.
"She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I'm surprisingly non-confrontational you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't like it."
