5 Things I've Learnt From Don Jazzy - Dr Sid

 

Mavin crew member Dr Sid was in the Pulse Studio on Wednesday, September 10 and he shared with us some of the things he has learnt from Don Baba J over the years.see what he said below...

1. Don't rush Don Jazzy, don't rush creativity. It'll come when its needed because if  you rush it you may come out with content that is not up to par.
2. Strive for perfection, be your biggest critic, when everyone is telling you you're the shit, tell yourself “you can be better”.
3. Don't believe the hype because everyone is going to be gassing you as an individual.
4. Listen, surround yourself with people who will tell you the truth. I like to say surround yourself with ‘no’ men, those who will question your authority.
5. Care for people around you and your subordinates. No man is an island, if you take care of people who take care of you, its a cycle which leads to success.
